There are a few light discolorations here and there, but i'd still give this piece an a. This never hung as a curtain, so there's no fade or damage at all. This fabric, called pique, does have a slightly raised feel to it and has a tiny cross pattern woven throughout. The design goes out to the edge and there's no writing on either selvedge.
This is a lovely piece of that represents a rarely seen chapter in the history of 20th century fabric. I do have additional yardage in this pattern, so let me know if you need more.
This item is made of cotton and barkcloth.
